Ayers installed a full perimeter waterproofing system with a water guard, a sump pump, and a clean space on the wet wall to ensure a dry space for the future.

A homeowner in Lawton, MI, experienced 3" of water in their 1900s home. They were hoping to keep their basement dry for their daughter as she planned to move in. The walls are now bright and protected with CleanSpace, a vapor barrier product that helps keep water along the walls, funneling into our waterguard system, into the sump pump, out, and away from the house.
