After deciding she wanted to make her home a legacy house, Terri called us to help make some upgrades to her basement. One of these upgrades included the installation of an egress window. Putting an egress window into her basement allowed Terri to not only have more natural light flowing into the living area, but for a safe exit in case of an emergency. With the new window, Terri can safely create more living space in her basement for future generations to enjoy.

Isiriel's home was built in 2012, but the poured concrete foundation was letting water into the basement where the wall meets the floor. He had noticed it when the snow started melting, but there was no water in the sump pump. He called Ayers for an inspection and our crew determined that WaterGuard would be the perfect solution for him. WaterGuard is a sub-floor waterproofing system that collects water that leaks through the walls and keeps dirt away from the foundation. It is installed along the perimeter of the basement and on top of the footing of the foundation. Concrete is poured on top and regular flooring can be placed on top. Isiriel was grateful we could save his basement before major damage could be done. 

Johnathan was sick of his basement windows and wanted to learn about his options, so he called Ayers for help. Our team of experts went to his home and recommended an egress window. The egress window is designed for durability against heavy soil and water and includes stairsteps for evacuation. On the surface, egress windows employ a polycarbonate safety cover to prevent accidental falls. Johnathan feels much better about his beautiful new window!

Anthony had no clue why his current sump pump rarely ran properly. It would only run about ten times per day. Tired of this frustrating issue, he called our waterproofing experts at Ayers. Our team inspected his current sump pump and decided our TripleSafe Sump Pump would make the best replacement. TripleSafe consists of three pumps that fit in one durable liner, ensuring that any water leaks are collected here. The first pump will keep most of the water under control. The second pump will turn on if any backup is needed and the final pump is battery-operated for power outages. Anthony was glad he called for professional help instead of dealing with the leaks himself!

Vaughn required a new waterproofing system in his basement to keep his belongings dry. He searched around for the best options around and decided to choose Ayers. We then sent a crew to the home for a free inspection, from which we concluded he needed our WaterGuard System, SuperSump, and our SaniDry XP Dehumidifier. WaterGuard is a drainage system placed along the perimeter of the basement and in the subfloor to ensure water coming in through the walls is collected. The water will then be directed to the sump pump that we hook it to. Concrete is then poured over to conceal it as well. SuperSump is a horsepower cast-iron system that can pump 2200 gallons an hour at an 8-foot head. Lastly, SaniDry XP will create clean and dry air. It is ten times more powerful than your average dehumidifier. Vaughn was thrilled to have his basement properly waterproofed!
