Water was entering Katherine’s crawl space. She was tired of worrying about her crawl space flooding, so she called our team. In order to waterproof her crawl space, we installed CleanSpace. It is a plastic sheet material used as a vapor barrier to restrict all moisture, outside air, and pests from entering your home. Not only does this system create an energy-efficient space, but it also gives it a clean finish. This material will be applied to your floors and walls to create a sleek look and an uninterrupted barrier.

Amy's crawlspace was filled with dirt and water and was making the whole house smell musty. Shel called Ayers to come out for an inspection and we determined that in order to rid the home of the moldy smell and prevent further water damage, we would install CleanSpace Wall System. 

CleanSpace is a moisture barrier that uses a thick plastic liner along crawlspace walls to keep them dry and last decades longer. It also has antibacterial properties that prevent mold and bacteria growth. This will make the air in Amy's home healthy to breathe in and smell much better. She was glad her home is a safer place to live for her and her family. 

Our customer was experiencing standing water in their crawl space. After clearing the water out we installed our drainage matting and CleanSpace Liner. Our goal is to isolate the space from the earth using the liner and to direct any water coming into the Smart Sump sump pump using the drainage matting. The Smart Sump will pump out the water that drains into it and the CleanSpace Liner gives the space a clean more appealing look. The liner even makes it possible for your crawl space to be used as an additional storage space.

The cranky crawl space shown above was in desperate need of encapsulation. It became a great time to do this while remodeling the entire home. The homeowner Paul, called us to see what his options were. We sent one of our Senior System Design Specialist’s to our new friend’s home. Our expert created several individualized solution options that fit Paul’s needs and budget. In the end, Paul chose our unique CleanSpace encapsulation product to seal off his crawl space from the wet and musty elements it faced below. He also chose to have the walls insulated with spray foam insulation to increase the efficiency of his home. Realizing the importance of controlling the relative humidity in his crawl space, Paul elected to have the SaniDry Sedona installed. The SaniDry will promote dry breathable air throughout his entire home. We hope the rest of Paul’s remodel went as well as the crawl space renovation did!

Wendy contacted us becuase she had a crawl space that was very cold and was starting to frost the corners of the room above the crawl space. The crawl space also had a musty smell which is a sign of mold. Upon inspection we found no puddling but excessive humidity can cause the same issue.

We installed the CleanSpace liners and SilverGlo insulation. The CleanSpace liners are very durable thick liners that resembles a pool liner. This liner keeps moisture, mold, pests, and bacteria from penetrating the crawl space. The SilverGlo insulation panels contain tiny graphite particles, which give it that silver shine, and reflect heat back into the crawl space while keeping the cold out.

The combination of the CleanSpace liner and SilverGlo, Wendy's crawl space is now smell free, mold free, and warm. By keeping moisture and cold air out she will also have lower energy costs!
