Water intrusion in Melissa’s crawl space had become a problem and she wanted to encapsulate it. So our team installed CleanSpace, a plastic sheet material that reduces moisture and humidity. It is used as a vapor barrier to restrict all moisture, outside air, and pests from entering your crawl space. In addition, this system creates an energy-efficient crawl space,and gives your crawl space a clean finish. This material will be applied to Melissa’s floors and walls to create a sleek look and an uninterrupted barrier.

Water was entering Moses’s crawl space through the walls so he called our team. He was looking for encapsulation options and we installed CleanSpace. A customer from South Bend called us about her wet and gross crawl space. We gave her a free estimate and decided to install CleanSpace technology. CleanSpace is a 20 mil thick plastic liner that fits to the crawl space to completely seal the home from the earth. Polyester cord reinforcement allows for a lot of durability, to make it last longer than the home will. This liner also contains an antimicrobial additive to prevent mold. This liner was combined with CleanSpace vent covers to insulate and seal the air out. Now this crawl space will be clean and dry forever.

Megyn and Carl needed a permanent solution to moisture and structural concerns in their 1909 South Bend, IN, home before moving in. Our team installed WaterGuard®, CleanSpace®, SmartJack®, and a TripleSafe™ sump pump to waterproof the basement, encapsulate the crawl space, and reinforce the foundation. After a final walkthrough with our Production Foreman, Zak, Megyn was thrilled with the results, knowing their home was now protected and ready for the next phase of renovations.
