Jasper was hoping to rid his home of this musty smell that seemed to be coming from his crawl space. After doing some digging he found Ayers helps with crawl space solutions so he gave us a call. We decided to send a crew out to his home to investigate his crawl space and detect the root of the odor. Our System Design Specialists found it would be best to install CleanSpace and SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier as these solutions would tackle the odor.

First with CleanSpace, this consists of a thick, durable plastic liner that utilizes a vapor barrier that will fight to prevent excess water or moisture development. This is also made of inorganic material which means it will prevent mold or bacteria growth. This excess moisture and water in this space was the culprit of the musty odor coming from the crawl space. This liner is placed along the crawl space floor and walls, separating your home from the soil. Additionally we installed our SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier which will ensure the air is free of this gross, damp odors by drying and filtering the air. It is the world's most efficient and high-performing dehumidifier, all while costing him less to run than regular dehumidifiers.

With these systems in place Jasper's nose is thankful to breathe clean, fresh air again!

The crawl space attached to Roy and Barabara’s house was super cold so they called our team to discuss encapsulation options. Our team installed CleanSpace, an uninterrupted vapor barrier.
