With colder weather came colder floors in Alan's home, and he hated having cold feet. He researched his options online and called Ayers to learn about the issue. Our crew of experts visited his home to evaluate and realized the vents in his crawl space allowed cold air underneath his house. They suggested and installed the CleanSpace vapor barrier, a highly durable and antimicrobial material. CleanSpace deters moisture and cold air entry by fully encapsulating the crawl space walls and floors. Alan is far more comfortable with warm feet!

The water moisture in Celeste's crawl space was causing a musty smell to waft upstairs through her vents. We drove to his house and inspected his crawlspace, we then decided to install our CleanSpace technology. CleanSpace is a 20 mil thick plastic liner that fits to the crawl space to completely seal the home from the earth. Polyester cord reinforcement allows for a lot of durability, to make it last longer than the home will. This liner also contains an antimicrobial additive to prevent mold.
