Thomas and Becky called our team because of their damp crawl space. In order to prevent water intrusion, we installed CleanSpace. CleanSpace is a plastic sheet material used as a vapor barrier to restrict all moisture, outside air, and pests from entering your crawl space. This system creates an energy-efficient crawl space, and it also gives your crawl space a clean finish.

Gary was worried about moisture creeping into his house from the crawl space. He called Ayers to learn about our vapor barrier solutions. We sent a team of experts to inspect the location and they decided to install CleanSpace. Designed to eliminate all outside air, moisture, and any unwanted pests, CleanSpace is a plastic sheet wrap for the crawl space floor. The barrier is installed on floors and walls to ensure an uninterrupted defense and a clean-look finish. CleanSpace is also energy-efficient and more durable than standard plastic wrap so it won't tear when walked on. 

This lakeside cottage in Kewadin, MI, faced moisture intrusion and an outdated sump pump, putting its crawl space at risk. Ayers replaced the failing system with a SmartSump® sump pump, encapsulated the space with CleanSpace®, and added a self-emptying dehumidifier to maintain a dry environment. Now, the homeowners can enjoy their cottage worry-free, knowing their crawl space is safe and protected.

Diane called Ayers because she was looking to have her crawl space area waterproofed. We had a crew inspect her crawl space to determine the best installation. Our System Design Specialists recommended our CleanSpace solution. CleanSpace consists of a thick plastic with a vapor barrier property that protects from excess water and moisture. This surplus of moisture causes bacteria or mold to thrive which is the opposite of what Diane wanted so this will take care of that issue! The liner is placed over our Drainage Matting which is a dimpled mat that collects water and gives it a channel to flow to the sump or drainage system rather than collecting in puddles on the ground. Diane was stunned by the results now that her crawl space is protected and looking much cleaner!
