Stacy noticed mold growing in her crawl space and knew mold attaches to and consumes organic material such as wood. Brian's basement and crawlspace were in dire need of waterproofing and presented many of the issues crawl spaces in Michigan have; it was moist, leaking, and filled with critters. We helped this owner insulate and seal their extensive crawl space to solve these problems. Before installing the bright white CleanSpace liner, we laid out drainage matting to provide a waterproof barrier between the exposed soil floor and Brain's basement.
