There was a bowed wall in Nicholas and Katie's basement, so our team installed the GeoLock Anchor System. In most cases this system can eventually straighten the wall back to its original position. In addition, this system permanently stabilizes walls. It is installed by putting heavy anchors in stable soil away from your foundation wall and is ideal because it involves minimal disturbance to your lawn and home.
Rebecca, a homeowner in Saint Joseph, MI found herself facing an unstable situation with her home and knew that she needed to seek help from her local foundation support experts. That’s why she called us when she realized the sagging wooden beam in her crawlspace was not providing the support that her foundation desperately needed. Upon diagnosing her foundation support needs, we prescribed four small Smart Jacks and a new steel support beam to stabilize her home. The Smart Jack is a supplemental support system for crawl space applications. The Smart Jack effectively supports sagging beams and floor joists caused by, a length of span greater than spanning capability, floor load increased after construction, exceeding design values, and weakening over time due to high moisture and rot. A major benefit of these steel Smart Jacks is that they can easily be adjusted if future settling occurs. For Rebecca, calling Ayers was a solid idea! With this innovative stability solution in place, our new friend can rest assured that her home will forever be supported.
Customers had bowing foundation walls that they needed help straightening out. So our team installed PowerBrace, a foundation repair system created to secure basement walls in place. Often outside pressures can cause your basement walls to crack or tilt, this foundation repair system counteracts these pressures by keeping your basement walls in place. Over time, the system can be tightened to not only secure the walls in place, but to also straighten them.

Ted had a few issues with cracks and unevenness in the concrete around his home. So he called our team to discuss possible solutions and we installed PolyLevel. It is a system designed to fix concrete slabs that have sunk by using a polyurethane foam to lift the concrete slabs back to their original level. The polyurethane foam expands and has a high density in order to raise the concrete. The process is simple and is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and then inserting the foam into the holes. Also, the PolyLevel system is long-lasting and waterproof.
