Diane and her husband have a finished basement in their rental home. She has been wanting an egress window put in for safety and peace of mind. The bedroom window was leaking so they decided to replace it and install an egress in there. We installed it for them to provide a safe exit in case of emergency but the window also allows more natural light to enter the room making it seem brighter and larger!

Virginia and Tom discovered mold throughout the house and were concerned. They were surprised to find debris in the crawlspace and moved forward with Ayers to encapsulate it. A customer called our team because he wanted his crawl space sealed off from the rest of his home. So we insulated his rim joists. Insulating rim joists seals off all cracks that exist around them. Now air and water vapor can no longer seep through those cracks.

A customer's original vapor barrier had fallen apart so she called our team to ask us to encapsulate her crawl space. We installed CleanSpace, an uninterrupted vapor barrier. Shannon was having trouble with water and mice getting into her crawl space. The entry way was covered by plywood and bricks which was not working at keeping the entry sealed. She wanted a better, neater, safer entry into the crawl space that had a well and a door that locked. We installed the Turtl which is a covered crawl space entry well. The plastic it is made out of wont't rot or rust and the door combined with the well creates an airtight cover to the crawl space!
