After the installation of WaterGuard and PowerBraces in this Grand Rapids, MI basement, BrightWall was the final touch. BrightWall panels are a good solution for homes that have stains or dark, dirty walls. These panels brighten up the area and work to keep out mold, mildew, and water. Many homeowners choose these panels because of their quick installation time and inorganic, waterproof makeup.

Dan does not have water issues in his home but his basement walls were flaking due to effervescence. He wants to finish the space but was unsure how to go about it so we installed Brightwall Basement Wall Panels. These wall panels are plastic sheets that are attached to the walls with drilled-in plastic fasteners. The bright, white color of the wall paneling maximizes the light in the basement which creates a clean and fresh look. They are also waterproof and create a vapor barrier to block out water vapor and humidity to protect from mold and rotting. 

This Grand Rapids home has a basement what was partially finished by the previous owners. The new owners want to finish the whole basement and noticed that some areas that were already finished needed to be redone. They called us to see what we could do to get their basement ready. Mary called Ayers looking for some waterproofing systems since she had no sump pump or system to put an end to the water leaks she would experience after heavy rains. After a free inspection we were able to determine she needed our WaterGuard System along with our TripleSafe Sump Pump System.

With WaterGuard, this is a below-floor drainage system that will collect the water leaking from her basement walls. It is placed along the perimeter of the basement. Since Mary had no sump pump we decided to install TripleSafe which consists of three pumps in one durable liner which work together to keep water out. The first pump will get most of the water out, the second will run if assistance is needed, and the last pump is battery-operated so it will turn on during power failures.

Mary was relieved to get these pesky water issues tackled permanently!

This GR homeowner has noticed water in the corner of the basement. The water seems to be coming in where the floor and walls meet so we installed the WaterGuard French Drain System. The system is installed under the floor but above the foundation to keep it out of the "mud zone" where the drain could clog. The drain system collects the water that seeps into the basement and sends it to the sump pump to be discharged out of the home. The system installs quickly and has a clean finished appearance, meaning you don't have to worry about having an unsightly drain around the basement.
