Ben was concerned with the water leaking into his basement after storms and wasn't sure how to fix it. Towels and shovels weren't cutting it, so he researched his options and called Ayers for help. We sent our specialists to his home, and they recommended installing the TripleSafe sump pump. TripleSafe aims to eliminate sump pump failure by providing two backup pumps, one of which is battery-powered in case of outages. Ben feels much more prepared for the next storm!

The SuperSump includes a powerful Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower cast-iron sump pump that can pump 2,220 gallons of water per hour at an 8-foot head out of your basement. This is the perfect solution for homes that have heavy water intrusion and want to stay dry. This customer in Grand Rapids, MI had us install the SuperSump and now can enjoy all of the benefits that come along with it.
Ian has gotten work done by us before and was very impressed so when he started to have water intrusion in a corner of his basement he knew who to call. We installed the WaterGuard system for him to keep the water out of the house. The WaterGuard is a French drain system that collects water that enters the home and sends it to the sump pump. The drain is installed under the floor but above the foundation as to not clog so the water can continue to flow to the sump pump and be discharged outside the home.
Your sump pump is fine until the moment it isn't. It's in that moment that people usually realize their sump is outdated, inefficient, or just plain broken.
Such was the case in the photos above. The sump on the left wasn't the prettiest, but it was working.
And then it wasn't.
Luckily, we offer Zoeller sump pumps. The pump on the right is the Zoeller M98, which pumps 3,900 gallons of water an hour. It's also level with the floor and covered, which eliminates both the collection of debris and a trip hazard.
The homeowner called in with three cracks in his basement walls that were letting in water. Since he was giving the house to his son, he wanted to repair the cracks but was worried about the time and cost of a big job.
Using FlexiSpan, we were able to seal the cracks quickly and cost-effectively. WIth FlexiSpan's unique design, the sealant polymer will shift with the natural settling of the foundation, preventing further problems and eliminating the need for repairs down the road.
In the photo on the left, the cracks are filled with the FlexiSpan materials and a drain is installed at the base of the crack to take care of any leaking water. On the right, the sealant is smoothed over so the customer can finish the wall however they wish.
