I would just like to say a couple things. The pictures look great! The four young men, Even, Marco, Adam and Mike were wonderful. Considering the job they had to do, we never once heard any cussing or swearing or complaining. On the contrary, we heard a lot of laughing and joking, which was truly a pleasure. (I was in the bedroom directly above them sick and pretty much incapacitated.) Thanks for the job well done. 

Installation crew was hard-working, good-natured, very willing to cooperate in completing the job. Vic is a terrific person-He answered all of our questions. Your representative, Todd, helped in all stages of planning and even stopped by during Day one of Construction. This note comes with great appreciation for the quality work done on my damp and wet basement of 30 years. The three men that did the work deserve a round of applause!! I have hired a lot of contractors, but these 3 were the very best workers that I have ever seen! They worked constantly from when they arrived until the job was over 2 1/2 days later. The crew took precaution to protect our entrance, down the steps and into the floor area. They hung plastic from the floor joist to keep the cement dust down. Our Project Manager was very professional and explained everything very clearly. We own a lakefront home. We had moisture, musty odors and other structural issues in our crawlspace. Ayers did the crawlspace and foundation repair work in May-June 2012. We are extremely pleased with their work. We wish we had this crawlspace work done 19 years ago! Our crawlspace is clean and drying rapidly. Tom and Mike, the work was finally able to start and complete last Thursday and Friday, September 25 and 26, after a number of months of review and back and forth. I would like to thank you both for your work in putting the plan and project together. The completed space looks outstanding. I would like to tell you about the folks who did the work, if you remember the space was tight, wet and a large amount of trash. Terry and Ryan spent the first day underground and did a fantastic job cleaning and prepping the space for the ultimate installation of insulation, CleanSpace and SaniDry. They stayed late to complete this clean up and in my eyes deserve accommodation for a JOB WELL DONE! Come Friday, Terry and Ryan returned along with Cesar and Juan. These four guys worked about 13 hours each to complete the job. I found these four individuals to be extremely courteous, hardworking and extremely willing to go above and beyond to make me satisfied and complete the job with the highest quality. This is the third job Ayers Basement Systems has done for our family, my brother and mother had work done previously and because of the quality see on those repairs made me to only choose Ayers for this repair. And I was not disappointed by the workmanship or quality people these four young men were. I have no hesitation in recommending Ayers Basement Systems to anyone. Again, Terry, Ryan, Cesar and Juan are outstanding young men and hard workers who provide quality service. You should be proud to have these men on your Ayers team.
