We needed the best crawl space repair experts available, so we called Ayers Basement Systems. Our project manager was great, the work was very satisfactory, and you can use us as a reference anytime.

On a follow-up call with Erika, she shared that her electrician had gone down into the crawl space the day after our crew finished the encapsulation to hook up the dehumidifier. He was just blown away by the work that had been done. He thought it looked amazing. That night, her crawl space became the talk of the town bar. She went on to say that it doesn't smell musty anymore, that she's breathing clean air and that she is definitely noticing a huge difference.

The installation crew and Project Manager were professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. The problem and plan of treatment was explained well and showing me on the computer was very helpful. What was your impression of the installation crew? Very knowledgeable in what they were doing. Polite, and I think the crew went above and beyond their duties to make my crawlspace dry and clean. Todd Lovas is a great asset to the company. His professionally answered all our questions without any hesitiation. The way Todd presented the company we were really impressed. Todd and the crew seemed very trustworthy individuals.

I chose Ayers based on the recommendation of a trusted friend (He was right, as usual!). Dennis was very knowledgable when presenting the problems/solutions. I appreciated the "evidence-based" science behind the system. I was also very pleasantly surprised with how respectful and polite the installation crew was.
