I would like to commend the employees of Ayers who were involved in the extensive basement/crawl space project at The Jean Bradford Kline Senior Center. Our building is old, and it was well past the time to address water issues when we first contacted Greg Carey. He put together an excellent presentation to show our Board of Directors and members to help them understand what we would need to do to fix our multiple water problems. Dillon Birchmeier and his crew did an excellent job, worked quickly and efficiently, and were very porfessional. They took time to explain to members who asked just what they were doing, which we appreciated. They were professional and personable. Greg stopped by over the course of the project to answer questions that I had,and keep abreast of the progress. We are still waiting on the concrete raising, but understand that weather has been a factor in delaying that part of our repairs. I just wanted to say what a great job Dan Bemman and Rich Wallace did yesterday on a service call to my home. Both are outstanding individuals that understand customer service. They represented Ayers well and lived up to the claim you made to me when I agreed to have you do the work on my crawl space. That claim was that Ayers operates with the utmost of integrity, believes in and stands by its product, workmanship, service and most importantly its customers.

Dear Mr. Ayers, Finally, I have my crawl space flooding problem solved, thank you Ayers basement Systems. Well, that is if during the next healthy rain the crawl space doesn't flood. Tom Bronson visited me after I contacted your company and I do want to tell you, Tom did an outstanding job of inspecting my crawl space and recommending a solution. He communicated prior to his visit (one of my top priorities in selecting a company) and after the job was completed. He was competent, knowledgeable, and did a great job of explaining what was to be done and how and of course the cost. I was completely satisfied in his presentation.  The job was scheduled for around the 19th of January, however, it was moved up to the 29th of December. I was contacted by your Service Department, communication, I love it! Nathaniel Monear, foreman and his team arrived after Nate had called, great! They took the better part of two days to accomplish the task of water proofing my crawl space. A great job, no doubt about it. Nate is extremely competent, efficient, and courteous and wasted no time in completing a daunting task. You have a top-rated professional in Nate. He knows his job and performs it with perfection. I am totally satisfied with the work the team did. He made sure that I was satisfied with the cleanup process prior to their leaving and I was. No question about it, a job extremely well done. We've been meaning to write this letter for some time but life and work can be very challenging as you may know. On the plus side, we have one less thing to worry about! We would just like you to know that as winter has come blowing across Lake Michigan these last few weeks, we noticed something wonderful. Our house is so much more comfortable and warm with the new basement system installed. As fall has set into early winter here in Charlevoix, after a day of sunshine and household activities of baking, cooking, and solar warmth, we've had nights in the 30's and have woken up the next morning with a temp different between outside and inside the house as much as 30 degrees! Some nights the inside house temp. did not fall below 68 degrees in the hosue while it was in the high 30's outside in the morning...even high 20's. This is a great asset to our goals of lowering heating costs and improving the indoor air quality as the "musty" and damp smells of the crawl space are now gone. The addition of your system to our crawl space has allowed the advantages of extra insulation, triple pane windows, southern exposure, insulated window shades, alternate wood stove heat, and other energy saving expenditures on our house over the years to really raise the level of comfort and enjoyment of living "up north" to a new height. So much so, that we'll need to use our attic fan in the summer because the temp of the crawl space is now warmer and more stable...no worries - we'll take the warmth in the winter! With your help, Tim, the decision to have Ayers system installed in our crawl space was the right call. As winter sets in and temps. stay below freezing on a regular basis we will keep you posted on the system's effect on our warmth and comfort. My husband, Phil, and I have already had the basement service performed. The supervisor was Terry Ortiz, he was phenomenal at his job. Terry was courteous to his work crew and us and receptive to Phil and my needs. Terry worked so hard and completed our job on time. I can't say enough good things about Terry and his crew, as well as the wonderful job they did.

I wanted to send you a quick note regarding the basement system repair that was done in our home last week by your Service Technician, Marty Strobel. I must tell you that in all of the years of being a homeowner and having work done in our home, I have never encountered such a conscientious individual.  The work that he did was outstanding and he left the area completely cleaned up!  All too often it seems that people are quick to criticize work done, but not take the time to provide positive feedback to the Company for exemplary work performed.  You have an outstanding employee in Marty and it was a pleasure meeting  him.

The crew, Logan, Nelson and Alex and project manager Ty arrived at 9:00am. I was told they would arrive between 9-10am. Ty asked to see the area and reviewed rooms where vents were to be placed. Ty and the crew then covered the steps and floor in the basement with plastic. I appreciated Ty asking me if I had a preference on lower or higher placement of the vent at the bottom of the stairs. The crew was very efficient they cleaned up and swept after installation. Ty and the crew were very polite and professional. Ty reviewed how the dehumidifier works and took the time to answer other non related questions I had. Very good experience. 

Terry Ortez and his team, Bruce D and Kyle D, did an amazing job on our basement. They went above and behind expectation, adding some grading to some low spots in the yard and repairing some foundation problems that were unexpected at no additional charge. Very appreciative of this team and their efficiency. They did an entire front wrap of the house in a few hours.
