Terry Ortez and his crew installed a waterproofing system in our basement yesterday. The team arrived on time, were professional, and were conscious of dust and dirt as they laid down runners to reduce tracking it in hallway. We have dreaded rain because it meant endless trips of ShopVac vacuuming and emptying. We haven't had rain yet but I'm looking forward to not having to vacuum it up after when it does rain!

The installation crew at Ayers Basement Systems was hard working and knew what they were doing. Covered areas with plastic-cleaned and washed floors down; very professional. Price was very competitive- didn't try to push more product that we didn't need- very thorough on every detail prior to agreement.

The crew was very professional and the installation was fast. They did a nice job with clean-up and did an overall ooutstanding job. 

Normally during snow melt we would have water in our basement. However, this most recent melt isn't a concern for us anymore. Our representative was very good; knowledgeable about product; able to tell what we needed. The crew was on time and even called the first day before arrival. We were amazed at how quickly the job was completed! Liked having a written estimate.
