Homeowners in W St Paul, MN were referred to Complete Basement Systems.  They have been in their home for 5 years and had a finished basement with no sump pump system.  Water was finding its way in a few spots and they noticed a smell from the carpeting that smelled throughout the entire perimeter.  Before getting to a remodeling project to refinish their basement, they knew they needed to fix the water problem after talking with their friend who referred them to us.

That made the SuperSump installation an especially important part of the project, giving the basement a reliable way to remove water and protect the space moving forward.

Along with the new SuperSump system, we also installed our WaterGuard interior drainage system to capture water at the perimeter and our CleanSpace wall system to help create a cleaner, drier environment. They had two sump pump systems in their basement and they weren't the best equipment to protect their finished basement.  

The TripleSafe sump pump system is the King of sump pumps.  This product features three pumps in one.  The first is a primary pump operating at 1/3 hp and will pump 2,220 gallons of water.  The secondary pump is a 1/2 hp zoeller motor cabable of pumping 3,900 gallons of water.

Lastly, the UltraSump Battery Back up is a heavy-duty battery operated back up that can pump more than 11,500 gallons of water on a full charge in the event of a power outage, pump failure, etc. 

Homeowners in New Brighton had a major wall issue involving cracked and bowed walls. In order to secure the foundation, they had the PowerBrace wall bracing system installed to correct and protect the wall. Now they can rest assured that the foundation will be safe for the life of the home!

Our Crew Leader Nate Barke noticed how wet our customer's wall was after demo preparations to install his basement waterproofing system.  Nate designed a system to prevent water from coming in the window area for his customer.  A wall system was installed to prevent his future finished walls from becoming damaged due to water.  Any water that would come through in the future will drain into the new WaterGuard drainage system installed.
