Jerri & Dan of Roseville, MN had water issues in a few rooms in their basement and was seeking a company to help with preventing water from coming in, searching online, they found Complete Basement Systems.  

They had two sump pump systems in their basement and they weren't the best equipment to protect their finished basement.  

The TripleSafe sump pump system is the King of sump pumps.  This product features three pumps in one.  The first is a primary pump operating at 1/3 hp and will pump 2,220 gallons of water.  The secondary pump is a 1/2 hp zoeller motor cabable of pumping 3,900 gallons of water.

Lastly, the UltraSump Battery Back up is a heavy-duty battery operated back up that can pump more than 11,500 gallons of water on a full charge in the event of a power outage, pump failure, etc. 

Homeowners in New Brighton had a major wall issue involving cracked and bowed walls. In order to secure the foundation, they had the PowerBrace wall bracing system installed to correct and protect the wall. Now they can rest assured that the foundation will be safe for the life of the home!

Our Crew Leader Nate Barke noticed how wet our customer's wall was after demo preparations to install his basement waterproofing system.  Nate designed a system to prevent water from coming in the window area for his customer.  A wall system was installed to prevent his future finished walls from becoming damaged due to water.  Any water that would come through in the future will drain into the new WaterGuard drainage system installed.  

Our customer Tom in Shoreview, MN now has an upgraded SuperSump Pump System giving him peace of mind during the next heavy rain storm. 

A homeowner in St. Paul, MN reached out to us after dealing with regular water intrusion in their basement. Every time it rained, water would seep through the block walls, leaving behind stains, musty smells, and damp spots on the floor. The constant moisture was making it difficult to keep the basement clean and dry, and they worried about potential mold growth and damage to their belongings.

Our team installed a full perimeter WaterGuard drainage system along with the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to permanently seal and protect the basement. The CleanSpace liner stops moisture from passing through the foundation walls, while the WaterGuard system collects and directs any water safely to the sump pump before it can reach the floor.

With these systems in place, the basement is now clean, bright, and dry, and the homeowner has peace of mind knowing the space is protected from future water problems.
