Built in 1917, the home’s aging foundation allowed water to seep in regularly, creating a damp, musty environment that limited how the space could be used. To control humidity and air quality, we also installed a Sedona SaniDry dehumidifier. With these proven solutions in place, the basement is now dry, stable, and protected, ensuring this historic home remains safe and usable for the next 100 years.

This home in Mendota Heights, MN was experiencing some water coming through the floor and walls of their foundation.  Our system design specialist designed a permenant solution installing WaterGuard along the base of the foundation and wall under the floor to collect any ground water seepage. He also designed a wall system using CleanSpace Wall System to prevent any moisture from coming in through the walls.  

It was also evident during the inspection, the foundation walls had some movement/bowing occuring.  Our specialist designed the PowerBrace Wall System using steel I-beams to support the foundation wall.
