This was the second job you have done for us. Both times we have been completely satisfied.

They were booked out two months when I called them but the project date of work was right on. They said it would take two days, and it was done in two days. Their workers were courteous and professional. Even though it has been less than a month, I have had no more water in my basement, and we have had some MAJOR RAIN! They said I could go ahead and lay carpet. I still check each time it rains and there is no water! The system they put in is guaranteed for the life of my home and they come out once a year, at no cost to me, and check the system! So far, I love it! It was expensive, but not having to pump water after every rain makes the cost not seem so bad! 

My husband and I live in a home built in 1913. While it was mostly remodeled before we moved in about 6 years ago, we're pretty sure the basement hadn’t been touched in 107 years! After almost 6 years of fighting the mustiness, dampness, occasional flooding and general creepiness of the basement we called American Waterworks on the recommendation of our neighbors. Our sales rep, Hector, spent a ton of time with us, was clear about the work and the cost and was always available for follow up questions throughout the process. We thought the drain tile, sump pump, cleanspace wall system and sani-dry dehumidifier/air purification system would be able to help enough to make our basement more pleasant and less damp. What we didn’t expect was the immediate and total improvement of the space. Arturo and his crew were top notch, completing the work in the scheduled 4 days, always happily answering our million questions and going above and beyond to ensure quality. After they were finished, we could not believe the transformation. The moisture is literally gone. Our kitchen and top of the stairs area used to smell musty, that’s gone. In the days after they finished the work we got big rainstorms that would usually cause water to come up through the floor. That’s gone. We had an appraiser out after the work was done and he was impressed with the work and said he never sees basements that could be finished in these old houses but he wouldn’t hesitate now to finish this one. It’s added immediate value to our home and added quality of life value to our everyday living, along with peace of mind that we’re breathing clean, dry air. Highly recommend this company!

Josh Schultz did an amazing job working around my schedule to help me solve my sump pump issues. He was able to direct me to the exact sump pump system that was perfect for my situation. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and did not try to up sell me into more than what I needed. He communicated with the city to make sure my new sump pump system was current with city code and laws. The installation crew did a fabulous job and had the new sump pump system installed very quickly. Thank you, American Waterworks!

I had three companies provide estimates for work that needed to be done at our family lake home. From the very start, American Waterworks was clearly the best choice. Ryan was very knowledgeable and polite. He took the time to perform a thorough inspection and walk us through the recommended solutions. He came prepared with handouts and videos that showed exactly what the work would look like, and left us with a bid that day so we knew exactly how much it would cost. The crew that arrived to perform the work was great. They were all very courteous, and their experienced showed in the work. Overlal, top-notch company to work with and I would recommend them to anyone in need of basement/foundation/floor work. 

Putting our level of pleasure in working with American Waterworks into words is a task that is difficult. We have struggled with water in our basement for nearly 8 years since buying our home. We were told by SEVERAL people that making exterior alterations to our property would take care of the problem so that’s what we did. We spent thousands and thousands of dollars attempting DIY fixes to keep our basement dry. They would work initially but after a short period of time we would again have a basement of water. I had asked around to friends and family and they all recommended American Waterworks. I called to set up an assessment and the inspector was incredibly flexible with our busy schedules. He came out and spent extensive time with my husband and I evaluating our property and our water issues. He provided pictures, written information, and actual examples of the supplies used for their systems so we could physically see what they offer. He was incredibly thorough which is what we needed to make this investment. Since having our American Waterworks system installed we have had zero issues with water. The installation crew was polite, efficient, and quick. I very much regret the time and money spent trying to do this on our own and highly recommend American Waterworks to everyone I know!

I have been a customer for 10+ years. I've had multiple projects completed including waterproofing, concrete work, and radon mitigation, and I am very satisfied with ALL work done by American Waterworks! 

The crew arrived on time and was very professional. The job they did has mitigated my water problem by 100%. I have been impressed with everyone for each project. After cement leveling, I felt confident proceeding with American Waterworks for radon mitigation without searching for other companies. I appreciate the quality, knowledge, and experience of everyone. Everyone was pleasant to interact with! 

My neighbor used American Waterworks many years ago, so that's why I went with them. The office staff was excellent and friendly! My Design Specialist, Mac, was excellent! He was very knowledgeable and competent. He was very kind and patient and fully answered all of my numerous questions! The installation crew was Jose, Luis, and their helper. They did an EXCELLENT job! They are, by far, the hardest working men (who are fully dedicated to excellence) that I have ever met!
