inCOMMON is a community development non-profit in Omaha, NE. They recently purchased an old bicycle shop, Olympia Cycle which had cracking concrete along the city sidewalk that surrounded the building. inCOMMON partnered with Thrasher's Leadership Immersion class to repair the failing sidewalk. 

We installed a 3-part concrete system to lift, level, seal, and clean the surface. The project turned out great and the team was very satisfied.

These homeowner was reached out to by our team to schedule their annual maintenance appointment. They didn't realize that it had already been a year since our waterproofing systems had been installed, so they decided to schedule their appointment.

We sent Service Technician Brandon Brown to show the homeowners how they can do maintenance themselves at home, as well as to check on the systems one year later. Brandon showed them that their older sump pump system's main pump had a high amount of usage and water that was pooling around the foundation. Brandon expressed his concern about their old system, and talked to the homeowners about cleaning up the pumps so that they could function at a higher level. The homeowners didn't know that their sump pump system needed to be cleaned, so they were very appreciative that Brandon showed them how to clean it properly. Brandon then flushed out the water guard system that was installed the previous year just to ensure that everything was still working at its top performance.

The homeowners were wowed by the thorough maintenance appointment and how Brandon simply wanted to help prolong their investment in their home. Check out these homeowner's newly cleaned sump pump system!

This homeowner loved to throw parties for friends and family. She was noticing her basement was becoming an issue. She was getting water in, cobwebs forming, and she was finding lots of bugs. She knew she would not be able to host if she did not fix it. She had heard great things about Thrasher and trusted we could give her the best solution. Neil Kwiatkowski, System Design Specialist, came out to meet with her. Together they decided to install CleanSpace to catch water from the wall and act as a barrier, WaterGuard our drainage channel that flows water to the sump pump, our TripleSafe sump pump to discharge water out of the home, and our dehumidifier to lower humidity levels. This homeowner was worried about the concrete sidewalk leading up to their house. They were worried that water was penetrating through the joints and causing problems. This was an easy fix using PolyLevel to lift and level the slabs and NexusPro to caulk the joints!

This homeowner wanted their stairs fixed before putting the home on the market. The first step was sinking due to voids in the soil, causing an unsightly gap between the first and second steps. We were able to fix by lifting with PolyLevel and then sealing the joints and cracks with NexusPro.
