I had a wet basement everytime it rained so I called Thrasher.  Everyone I had contact with (especially Aaron Wilson and Jose Reyes-crew foremen) were courteous and professional at all times. The work was excellent and the crews cleaned up afterwards.  I can hardly see where they dug in the yard. Aaron was very informative about what they were doing and always asked permission before doing anything new.  I appreciated the work of both of the crews!

We cannot express how generous Thrasher has been in our situation.  We are in the process of selling the house and needed the work done immediately.  They were able to rearrange schedules to get all the work done in a week and a day, that is beyond amazing!  I give credit to Deon for getting the process sped up for us. 

Just a note to tell you how please I am with this project. It went as smooth as it could possible have. It started with the salesman who did a great job and answered any question I had. Your office did a great job communicating with you. You actually got there a day before you said you would. The crew you sent was excellent. There were very efficient and answer any questions I had. I was in the utility construction for 45 years and know how important communication is. I would highly recommend Thrasher Basements.
