On June 3, your company installed WaterGuard and FloodRail in our basement and in a previous letter we mentioned how pleased we were with Mel Martinez and his crew who did the installation. Today, System Design Specialist, Tom Bilyeu, came to inspect our basement and to see if we were satisfied with our system. In our letter dated June 3, we neglected to mention Tom and his expertise in designing the system that would work best for our basement. Following his initial consultation and estimate, we called Tom to discuss some concerns we had and he made a second trip to our home to do some re-designing. All in all, we can't say enough about the excellent quality and care your company puts into providing top products and customer service!
