We selected Thrasher for several reasons. First of all, their very informative commercial on TV is what led me to recognize that we even had a problem. Second, the pre-appointment materials were extremely helpful in preparing ourselves for the appointment. Finally, the several calls I made to the office with questions were by far the most incredible customer service I have ever experienced. In fact, I told my husband even before our appointment that I wanted to work with this company because the office staff was so great. So, I could only believe that the rest of the team would be just as great. As expected, the job went very well and of my questions were answered. I loved that as the work was being done the various stages were explained. This gave me comfort that my husband and I made the right decision. Thanks for the most wonderful experience.

I called Thrasher and sent an email during off business hours when I initially learned of water in the basement of the house my wife and I were scheduled to purchase in less than a week. I then followed up the next morning and was greeted by your courteous staff on the phone who had obviously listened to my message or read the email I sent. The staff worked to get me an estimate in less than 24 hours.

Best presentation by a salesperson . . most detailed and itemized.  Very thorough, professional and enstilled great confidence.  Competition was very poorly presented, bid was sloppily done . . . just hand written with itemization and his solution was not realistic.  The competitor was a little cheaper but everything about the presentation, the salesman, etc. just said "slipshod" to me.  I figure I pay a little more but I have a better value.  I felt much more comfortable and confident with Thrasher than the guy from the competitor.  I think you get what you pay for!

I'm really happy with the system installation in my home. I haven't seen any water since it was installed, and it's such a relief. I'm thrilled that I can now keep my home dry and free from water.

It leaks in my basement when it rains or the snow melts. The Thrasher crew is here finishing up as I write this. They are doing a fabulous job.
