Melanie grew up in Wells, ME one street over from what would come to be the homebase for TC Hafford Basement Systems. She received her bachelor's degree from Boston University in hospitality management. Melanie joined TC Hafford Basement Systems with over 10 years of experience managing restaurants, as well as being the General Manager of a local condominium association. Most recently she fell in love with marketing, letting her blend her creative and organizational skills. When she's not gathering content for social media, she loves spending time with her husband, three kids, and two dogs doing all things outdoorsy. Camping, hiking, kayaking, running, you name it!
