Nicole began working for TC Hafford Basement Systems on a part-time basis throughout her high school and college years. She has most recently expanded her role with the company by supporting the Service and Production Departments. Nicole takes pride in offering excellent customer service to callers. Nicole's favorite part of her job is the friendly atmosphere, people she works with, and taking part in helping solve basement water issues in the homes of our customers.
Nicole attended the University of Central Arkansas and York County Community College. In 2009, she graduated from massage school.
In her spare time, Nicole enjoys playing lacrosse, snowboarding and reading about mythical creatures.
