TCH’s internal communications systems worked very well. People in the main office were well informed and knowledgeable about the work being done. They reliably followed up with my project manager and workmen, who always got back to me when I had questions.
Excellent - Rick followed through and educated me about each step in the process. We developed a detailed proposal that was followed carefully throughout the project.
Many building trades were involved. Each was professional, anxious to keep me informed, and highly skilled in their work.
No issues with clean up. All disposal and removal of debris was promptly done.
