  Great service beginning to end! Very happy with the work provided by Erickson. The crew of guys in my home were outstanding, pleasant, productive, and left the site neat as a pin end of every day. They did excellent work. We are very pleased with the whole team, from Nikki to Jen. The crew that came out could not have been better! Thanks guys!!

  Excellent customer service.  Very professional, worked in a clean and timely manner.  Explained the entire process from the free estimate to the completion of the foundation repair....hope we never need them again, but if we do, they will be our first call. A++

  Shopped and chose Erickson, but honestly you would not need to shop if you just choose Erickson. They’re pros and have tons of experience. We had Debra as a rep and she was awesome. Start to finish she made sure our project needs were covered. The crew was great, the team leads were great. Excellent communication, excellent attention to detail. Really wanted to make sure that we were satisfied with the project and it really showed. They covered our things that we missed to cover and that was awesome and greatly appreciated. They even salted my driveway. I can’t say enough good things about this place. We are waiting for the spring drainage to happen to see our interior drain in action!!

  Team JB did an amazing job installing my sump pump in a really tough area of my basement. Right from the start they were professional, thorough, and informative. All three guys were very friendly and enjoyed working together. When the job was done, they cleaned up spotlessly. Thank you Erickson Foundation Solutions and a huge thanks to Team JB!!

  Very good experience with this company. They are friendly, professional, on time, on budget. I had them put a French drain around my basement and then flooring, and the space is now dry and looks amazing. Massachusetts is a terrible place when it comes to contractors, I have had really bad experiences in the past and so have most of my friends and colleagues. It's actually stressful to have any construction work done in this state, you really have to do your due diligence and pick your contractor very, very, very carefully. Many will not complete the jobs and are rude or even straight up insulting. Very often, one has to fight like hell for the basic job to be completed as initially agreed. Why does it have to be so hard??? Working with a company like Errickson Foundation reminds me of how it should really be, just... professional and stress-free. Not only was the work done well and on time, but the foreman and workers were really nice and friendly. Big shout out to JB, Nate and Bob for an amazing job! Can't recommend enough :)

  Erickson Foundation Solutions just installed 6 helical piers in my backyard as a foundation for a new deck and the experience could not have gone more smoothly. From the initial sales visit to the installation, everyone I interacted with from the company was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. This includes the office staff and everyone on Nick's crew. I would absolutely recommend them.
