  Erickson Foundation Solutions is a very good company to do business with. They arrived on time with a plan to complete the job in two days. Nick Carelli and his crew completed the job in 8 hours. We now have a new sealed sump system with a battery backup that is redirected with a no-freeze mechanism to prevent freeze up in the exterior discharge line. The crawlspace under the great room is sealed, insulated and now has an access door. We are very happy we chose Erickson and highly recommend them to anyone who needs basement, crawlspace or sump work done in their home.

  Had a good experience all around, helped repair a cracked foundation in our 1799 farmhouse and install a vapor barrier and sump pump to help keep the basement dry and free of mold. Would absolutely recommend. The crew that worked with our job was Nick Carelli, Kevin Bergan and Noah Devine, overall great experience.

  The crew came on time, worked well together and answered my questions fully. The removed the old bulkhead carefully and prepared the foundation to accept the new one with great skill. Once prepared they worked well together, as a team, to install the new bulkhead. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail of the finished product both inside and out! Thank you all!

  Very pleased with the level of professionalism and attention to detail. The initial consultation from Kate was very informative and focused to my specific needs, and the work done by Nick, Kevin and Noah was similarly timely and professional. In particular, when a few unexpected issues (not due to the crew, just the nature of the basement) came up during the work, the crew was very helpful in informing of my options and resolving things quickly and working to meet my needs.

  We had a WaterGuard system, sump pump and structural jacks installed. Nick and his crew did immaculate work. We were happy with the Erickson sales experience generally, but there has been some miscommunication about when phases of the work were to be done and several change orders. Nick was able to accommodate, and the office also was very cooperative and didn't allow things to get stressful. We still have the Poly Wall brick repair and sealing phase to go. The crew was very thorough and neat, and their cleanup and finish work is excellent.

  We were very satisfied with our experience hiring Erickson. They installed an egress window for us in a basement where there was no window. the job was completed efficiently (they finished it more quickly than initially anticipated), competently (the work seems great so far, and professionally (communication was good and they were very responsive to our concerns). we would definitely hire them again.
