From their first very professional and timely response to my initial inquiry to doing the actual work I have been beyond impressed. I found them through a Google search. Two previous contractors (local) failed to follow through. The water problem has been ongoing and I think scared both of those firms away. Erickson showed up, educated me on my options, and committed to solve the problem. Their office staff, sales professional, and the remediation crew have been top tier consistently. I honestly cannot give this firm enough stars.
