!! AMAZING !!!

What a great experience we had from start to finish. The was no BS involved - they do what they commit to do Providing high quality in each step of the process and quite efficiently and above expectations.

Beginning with an online request for review of project that included pictures followed by an answered call - no voice mail necessary. In today’s business models most times you are sent to voice mail and often never contacted. 10 stars for this alone. It was a small project and many contractors do not take them. Not only did Jennifer reach out for tech support from the first conversation and then agreed to have an estimator assess the project she approached my timeline as best she could and then amazing things happened. The original tentative date was December the latest, we ended up getting the project on track and just had it completed 9.12. After meeting with Peter, the Project Estimate Coordinator, who was outstanding in his role I had a comfort level beyond expectations. 10 stars for this gentleman too.
