Mitch was incredibly helpful, educational and knowledgeable with basement solutions and options. He made sure to address current issues (even with a hammer!) as well as future needs. He wasn’t trying to upsell and really took the time to show how Erickson is a family focused company. During the thorough evaluation, he even threw a free radon test in which is usually close to $200. I appreciated Mitch and all his help! What a fantastic evaluation and quality employee for their company.
