The Short Version: You should hire Erickson Foundation Solutions. They're fantastic, professional, reliable, and genuinely great to work with. I'd work with them again in a heartbeat.

The Longer Version: I had a lally column in my basement that needed replacing, and after doing some research, I decided to go with Erickson.

Communication: From start to finish, they made the entire process easy and stress free. Every interaction was solid, from the first call to the final follow up. The office staff was responsive and professional, communication was clear, and expectations were always well defined. The initial onsite visit was thorough and informative, and subsequent calls made clear they genuinely care about their customers. That kind of attentiveness is rare, and it really stood out. I had many questions about the installation process as well as using a SmartJack rather than a traditional lally column. Every single question I had was answered patiently and without me ever feeling rushed.

The Work: Tyler and Steve came out to replace the old column with a SmartJack (a very smart move using a SmartJack), and they were total pros throughout. They arrived on schedule, answered every question I had about the installation, worked efficiently and left the space spotless. You can tell they take real pride in what they do, and it shows in the results. Great work!

The Cost: Erickson's quote came in slightly lower than most others I received, yet the quality was clearly top tier. That combination of skill, service, and fair pricing made the decision easy.

If you're looking for a basement / foundation company that delivers on communication, craftsmanship, and cost, Erickson is the one. Couldn't recommend them more highly.
