I would like to share with you the wonderful business experience I encountered with Frank's Basement Systems. I contacted Frank's for foundation repair. The job entailed the installation of seven Helical Piers and the work was to be completed in five days. I would like to acknowledge your staff for their professionalism and first class quality work. My first encounter was with your salesperson, Frank Nati. He came to my home and assessed the situation. He explained in detail the process of the job including repair steps, pier design, timeframe and costs. On a few occasions, I called him at the office with additional questions I had regarding the soil tests and teh engineer's report. He was a good first impression. My second encounter was with your foreman, Scott. When Scott arrived, I told him I was very nervous and apprehensive of having the work done in the winter. He assured me the weather would cooperate and that it would not be an issue. With his many years of experience, he told me not to worry that this was a typical job for his crew. I still said my novenas every night and we were blessed with 32-40 degree weather. Scott eased my anxiety and explained each of the repair steps involved from digging the holes for drilling, design of the piers and overall repair process. He kept me informed on each of the steps involved. You have no idea how his personality relieved my stress and anxiety. He has a very calming personality toward the customer and I also observed how he treats his workers. His supervision and respect that he has for his crew is to be commended. The dynamic crew included Mike, Jamie, Rich and Richie. These guys were great. Each have their own unique personality and style. Each were very meticulous in their work. I flagged my sprinkler heads and decorative rocks and they did their best to avoid them when moving the Bobcat around my lawn. I could see the brotherhood with his crew, each helping each other with all aspects of the job. So many times we do not recognize our employees that have surpassed expectation. Frank, Scott, Mike, Jamie, Rich and Richie are very valuable employees and I really hope that you note their efforts. Your crew has displayed Frank's Basement Systems unbelievable public relations at its best. I will highly recommend your company because of my experience with your wonderful crew. Robert S. and his team did a fabulous job on our basement reinforcement job. Kind, courteous, knowledgeable and very hard workers. Everyone knew what they were doing and got to it under their foreman's leadership. We had a great experience with Frank's from our first phone call and informational meeting through the contract process and job completion. It was an unexpected project, but glad they took care of us and our worries were alleviated.

I would like to thank and recognize the three gentlemen that worked on our basement on Monday January 16th and Tuesday January 17th. Antonio, Qualen and Jamar were courteous, explained the work they performed in detail and answered all questions we had about the work they completed in our basement. We also greatly appreciate the video they made enabling us to see the work completed without climbing into the basement, not something we wanted to do. 

I had work done last Thursday for a crack in my basement, and for 3 days straight it down poured. The team was very nice. Anthony F. fixed the problem after the rain it was still dry as a bone. Anthony was very professional and knowledgeable about my situation, that I knew nothing about until he explained it to me. He cleaned up after the job and didn’t leave anything behind. I would highly recommend him coming out to me again if I needed it.

I completed the review at the conclusion of the job where I had helical piering and crack repair completed at my residence in Akron, NY. I recently purchased the house to find the previous owner finished the basement to hide the sinking wall/footer in the corner of the basement. When taking the necessary steps to correct this problem I contacted Frank's for an estimate. Frank Nati came out within a couple days and told me I'd be looking at helical piers and crack repair to lift, stabilize, and stop the cracks from leaking. This was an unexpected and fairly expensive job. So, I spoke with a few other companies who recommended similar ways to repair the foundation. Through talking to and discussing how each company was going to do the work and what their guarantee was, it was apparent that Frank's contract was the best written, most exact, and had the best warranty out there. I made frequent calls to Frank Nati to ask him why do it this way, and why these materials, and what is expected, and what is guaranteed. He was very knowledgeable about the issue I was having and was able to answer all of my questions and offer me guidance in choosing a company for the  job. I then hired my own 3rd party engineer, RAC Engineering, who I located on my own and he gave Frank's a very strong recommendation. So, with that we scheduled the job and Scottie, Mike, Ritchie, and a few others came to my house to do the work. I cannot say how satisfied I was with the work they performed and how they kept me in the loop as much as I requested. The job took longer than the original estimate due to the wet sand and soil conditions, but the crew was never rushed and took their time doing it the right way. A few unexpected issues and excessive water did not help the situation, but Frank's stood behind their name and kept the crew at the house until the job was done and cleaned up. I cannot express how satisfied I am with Frank Nati, Scottie, and the crew, and Frank's Basement Services in general for the way that the job was completed and the way that they took care of the unforseen issues that arose during the job. I can truly say that my mind is at ease knowing that the corner of my house isn't sinking anymore, and I know it won't continue to cause stress on the rest of the house.

You installed a Sump Pump and did the yard drainage for the pump. You looked into some of my questions and were very good about answering my questions quickly. That is why I hired you. The job was done pretty quickly and there was not a mess left behind. You were very clean and friendly.

I hired you to fix my backyard drainage issue because of your price, drain design and experience. You may use me as a reference. I'd hire you again.

I see your advertisements and checked the Better Business Bureau and saw you had a A+ rating. I hired you  to repair my drainage issues, as well as the cracks in my basement walls. Your team explained everything and also apprised me periodically of their progress. Mike and crew (outside drainage) and Craig (inside - basement cracks) could not have been kinder in fixing my basement drainage and wall crack issues. They did an outstanding job!

You replaced a 7 foot area of drain tile for me. I was impressed with you warranty, price, and professionalism. Your staff was very sensitive to our needs and respectful of our home. They were quite professional. Lastly, your cleanup was wonderful!  Thanks!

 You removed our wood stove and chimney AND repaired our basement wall. Your office was absolutely professional, your drainage professionals were very clear about what was going on, they were professional and very thorough, they did what they said they were going to do and kept us up to date until finished!!
