After living in a home for fifty years that had water on the floor after a strom it is nice to have a DRY BASEMENT!

First off, hats off to Rusty, Kellon, and Tyler. These guys really worked hard and got the entire job done in one day. Didn't have to take a second day off work. The work looks great, and they were sure to show me everything they did and explained everything to me. All three of these guys were very professional and didn't leave a mess when they left. I would definitely recommend these guys to everyone. As far as the company, they showed up on time, made all the repairs that were discussed in our initial meeting, and exceeded all of my expectations. I am a very satisfied customer.

Mike Pritt and his crew members Bradley & Kyxen did a great job installing my sump pump and adding the Brightwall system. They were always on time, communication was excellent and the level of service was very professional. 5 STARS all around. Would highly recommend.

The installation crew was great and let me know every process step they were taking.  Harry and his team were very punctual and completed the project as promised on time. 

Overall it was a very and straightforward process.  The System has kept my basement dry in every rain storm since.  It is great to not have to worry about my basement flooding and we can begin to move on in finishing the basement.

10 out of 10 for the Basement doctor! Dan Hack was great to work with, very responsive, and professional. Dan did a great job in explaining the cause of the water entering into my basement and was very honest in not trying to upsell me with some unneeded additional work. I did not experience the same honesty with another company. Foreman; Corey Conley, Adam Conley, and John Ashar all installed the sump pump at my house and did a great job. They arrived right on time and did very quick and clean work. I would definitely recommend going with the Basement Doctor!
