Our expert installers at Cleveland Basement Systems installed the GeoLock system in order to stabilize this bowing basement wall. GeoLock utilizes the stable soil outside of the home to relieve pressure from the wall. Once done installing, our crew makes sure to correctly backfill the dirt to cover the job site. 

This customer noticed the addition on his home was sinking year after year. The addition was built on poorly compacted soil, resulting in settlement. Cleveland Basement Systems installed heliacal piers on either side of the addition in order to permanently stabilize it. Helical piers have helix-shaped blades welded to the shaft that allow them to be mechanically screwed into the ground. The before picture shows how the crew prepped the foundation for the piers. Installers then used specialized hydraulic equipment to drill the piers into the ground and attach steel foundation brackets  to the foundation's footing. Through the helical piers, the weight of the addition is transferred onto load-bearing soils below the surface. Helical piers are a great solution to stabilizing a lighter structure, like additions, that have settled. This customer can have peace of mind that their home is structurally supported. 

A rusty support was causing an unstable basement in Wellington, OH. To fix this, we installed the SmartJack system which has a zinc-plated, galvanized steel design that will not corrode. SmartJack immediately lifted the sagging beam and stabilized the home! 

EverBrace Wall Restoration was installed on this basement wall. Behind the wood paneling was a crumbling foundation wall that needed fixed for the safety of the home. The EverBrace was installed in one easy day and will now take the extreme pressure off of the wall and stabilize it. 

This customer's block wall had long horizontal cracking, meaning they had a shifting foundation. Our GeoLock wall anchor system stopped the foundation movement in it's tracks!
