A month after taking possession of an older home in Port Colborne the finished basement flooded with several inches of storm water. This was discovered by my adult son who was watching the home until my wife and I moved there retiring from a job in South Carolina. I checked for contractors on the internet and called Omni. They responded immediately and found problems with the sump not picked up by the inspection company I had contracted for the purchase. They cleaned it out , put in a proper sealed liner, pump, backup pump and battery. Absolutely no problem now 2 years on. Just purchased their standup dehumidifier to replace 2 portables one of which has already failed completely and the other limping along. The Omni unit is outperforming these 2 with no need to empty the reservoirs daily. There is absolutely no basement damp smell any more. Their techs are very knowledgeable and courteous and answered all my questions . Very happy to have chosen them to help fix my basement issues.

Basement inside waterproofing and sump pump installed The cost was higher than the other estimates but this company made sure they understood what we wanted and did not try to tell us what we wanted. They took their time to listen to our concerns as well as answer all of our questions. The sales representative, the office staff, and the installers were all wonderful. We do not have a single complaint from start to finish.

Great Service Needed to get a dehumidifier installed. The ordering process was easy and the installation was done according to the on-site specification, even going as far as taking apart one of the HVAC ducts to make enough room to squeeze the unit into its final position. The ducting was done cleanly. No complaints really, the unit is working as advertised and I'm satisfied with the overall process.

We had a leaky basement so we had hired Omni to waterproof, install a permanent dehumidifier, as well replace a sub pump. The workers were extremely tidy and very professional. The lead was extremely nice and walked me through everything they were doing and some things we didn’t need to actually have done that was on our quote saving us some money. I highly recommended Omni. The only downfall was the original sales man seemed to have quoted us for everything under the sun when in actuality didn’t need half of what was quoted. The lead explained that certain items were not needed with a closer inspection.

Essentially I tried calling several companies and not one person called back. Omni basements answered the phone the first time I called and had continually showed respect to the customer. Phil was at our place assessing our needs and was very professional with his work. Once we scheduled a date for installation, George & Tristan showed up on time and were very professional and very fast with the installation. George pointed out barriers and problems with our basement, but resolved the issues immediately. Excellent work. Thank you.
