The contractor Chris that came out was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable with the condition of my home. I initially though I had a gigantic problem on my hand with standing water and elevated humidity in the crawlspace. I'm glad I called TerraFirma and had Chris look at it. The solution Chris designed was a simple a new technology he called Cleanspace, and SUMP pump and a dehumidifier. All of which was installed in 2 days. It was quick, easy and painless.

First off I'd like to say that Jason is a great asset to your team at TerraFirma. He was sharp, on time and very knowledgeable about foundation and crawl space repair. After his presentation he gave our estimate and proposal at the time of inspection which was nice. If it weren't for his explanation of how crawl space encapsulation pays for itself over time I wouldn't have known how valuable the service is. We are going to save money on heating and cooling bills, as well as we increased the value of our home roughly 10%, which is far more than what the project cost us to install. This project was a no brainer and it shouldn't be for anyone else who has even entertained the idea of having their crawl space encapsulated. We had TerraFirma come out for our  crawl space repair for a few main reasons. The Cleanspace technology with a dehumidifier and sump pump was going to turn my crawl space into an efficient system instead of a humid moldy environment for bugs and rodents. The second is that everything was explained to me in a 2ay that made total sense. We loved Ryan and he rocked! It won't take long for our new crawl space to pay for itself with the money we save on utilities.

Josh gave us a great comprehensive solution to our crawl space needs. Josh suggested a plan that included a dehumidifying system, sump pump and Cleanspace liner. We closed off the vents and completely encapsulated the area. Josh was knowledgeable, professional and informative to help us make the best decision possible. Installation went by pretty quickly. They spent most all the time under the house so we didn't really talk with them much. These were some of the hardest working people I've ever watched work. I got tired just watching them. I give these guys an A+.
