I heard of your company first searching online for potential contractors to work on my crawlspace. The whole staff was exceptional. They were all courteous and helpful. My thoughts on the representative for installation was exceptional. Three reasons that we selected TerraFirma was the rep, his presentation and the pricing was the most fair in relation to other companies I checked out. The installation crew arrived on time and was very courteous. Cleanup was amazing. They cleaned the spots on the wall, totally cleaned and beautified everything. You can definitely use me as a reference and I would recommend your company to anyone.

The biggest reason for me going with Ryan proposal and TerraFirma is they were the only company whose proposal was truly going to give me the best bang for my buck and give me the piece of mind, my house and family were healthy. We did seek out other companies and they didn't compare to what TerraFirma provided. The price was right and the quality of production (on paper) was the most persuasive. I was in contact with Josh for about a month ironing out all the details of my job. He has been extremely helpful throughout the process of setting me up with the best plan of attack. We were looking to better our insulation working with our existing plumbing constraints. The call center did an amazing job addressing my call and Jason made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. 3 service options were provided and the range of services was nice: however even the cheapest option/fix we felt was a good enough solution. A write up with three option quotes were provided at the time of inspection. Everything was done in a timely manner for our inspection. We thought that Ryan did a great job with his presentation and we really enjoyed that he provided many options for our fix based on our budget. 

Your representative was informative with no pushy sales tatic. We chose TerraFirma because of the customer service & price. The crew was great and first contractor to arrive on time in a long time! Clean up was above satisfactory!!!

TerraFirma respected my time and my money. After negotiating, we were able to come to agreement on a price that would solve my crawlspace problems and not take a huge hit to the wallet. We had a very enjoyable experience with Deryl and we loved working with a professional company. The production team didn't make a mess and all. They removed all the debris from the crawl space in a tidy manner and got to work installing their encapsulating system. Overall very quick and painless. Thank you Drew, and your crew for transforming my crawl space into a CLEAN SPACE!!! I had water settling under my house, and they came and installed a sump pump, drainage mat and Cleanspace liner in two days! I cant thank you enough for your hard work!!! I really appreciated the professionalism, friendliness and quality of information provided by Chris. It made me feel completely educated on the process and answered all of my questions thoroughly and completely. TerraFirma also provided good financing options. I was expecting to pay a little less than what was quoted but was very comfortable with the fact the I know my crawl space was going to be completely encapsulated with the highest quality solution on the market today. Everyone I have been in contact with at TerraFirma has been very polite and very well trained. My overall rating for the company and the work that they did is a 9/10.

Upon my inspection I was actually not present. I did receive all the information that was gone over and soon after I received a call from Bryan to explain the details of the estimate. Afterwards he made a second appearance to make sure I could see in detail and in person the specifics of the job which I really respect and appreciate. Bryan was always available and courteous. He proposed a few options for solutions of which I felt comfortable all with. It was his willingness to work with us and be flexible why we chose TerraFirma. They did a great job from the first day to the last and I would recommend them to anyone.
