We had TerraFirma out a year ago to asses the slanting in our floor. The situation recommended at the time was that I should wait and monitor the situation for a year or so and that nothing needed to be done at that time, unless I really wanted to correct the slight slope in the floor for my own piece of mind. I was impressed that TerraFirma's representative did not try to sell me services I didn't necessarily need immediately. If I noticed or felt like I needed the work done in the future I knew who to call. A year later here we are again, and I had the same representative come out to assess my situation. (I requested him). The specialist again was professional, knowledgeable and inspired confidence in his recommendation. I knew it was time to have the work done as the slanting increased and I was more than glad to work with a respectable company in TerraFirma.

This ballpark was a sitting duck since the moment the City of Lake Oswego had it put in. Sitting at the base of a rock hillside it collected water, obviously the field was flat so the water collected everywhere and the foundation suffered because of it. There was significant settling under the cement and the foundation of the snack shack. It was very plain to see by the chips in the cement blocks and the cracks forming. TerraFirma saved us a lot of hassle and time. This was a tricky unit to approach but they were able to get to the structure no problem with some nifty maneuvering and clever thinking. Got the helical piers installed and saved the structure. We then had the slabs leveled and the voids under filled. We are all ready for next season.

Based on what I saw in Jason, and the installation crew, you are absolutely leading the industry like you say you are. I was very impressed from start to finish. Jason Klein is a great representative for your company-very thorough, knowledgeable & easy to work with. At no point I felt like I was being "sold" something or trying to get talked into getting extra services and products I didn't need. It was this low-pressure environment which swayed my decision to use you guys for my job. Bravo!

I'm in Lake Oswego, OR and I just finished having my house leveled by Terrafirma Foundation Systems. I found four contractors that did this kind of work on Angie's List to start, but only two provided bids at all (one wanted to charge and one promised a bid, but didn't deliver). Of those four, only one -- Terrafirma -- actually measured the house. The salesman was very thorough and gave me confidence that they were going to do a good job if I picked them, but they didn't. They did a *great* job. Drew, the foreman, was young, but very good at making sure the work got done on time and managing my questions. I've known much older, more experienced foremen not do half as well as Drew did.And the quality of the work and the cleanup speaks for itself. Not only have the cracks throughout the house come back together, but the concrete porch sections that were removed were re-poured, the fence was put back up and the river rock in the garden bed was returned as if it had never been removed. In a week or two, I don't even think you'll be able to tell that anything has happened at my house at all, let along jacking up the entire foundation. Terrafirma was the most professional at the lowest price and they did excellent work. What more can you ask for than that?

Within the next three months I plan to use TerraFirma for my foundation stabilization. The operator at the call center was very polite and was able to schedule a time around my schedule to have an inspection done. When Deryl came out I was very pleased with the results. He was on time and respectful of my busy day which I really appreciated. Deryl didn't waste any time getting to work and was very personable answering all my concerns. When I go through with the work, I am going to use TerraFirma.

We had a couple of issues to address with our foundation. Our walls were bowing in at some points, others were sinking due to foundation settlement, which made everything in the house tilt at a slight angle. We have been putting this project off for a long time because we thought it would be very expensive. All the while we watched our problem get worse and worse, and more expensive and expensive. It was finally time that we called the experts. They were nothing short of the word. Experts and professionals in every way, shape and form. The call center was efficient at diagnosing my problem and scheduling. Tim was a master of his craft. This particular project had a lot of details including piers, piles and tie back. Things did get messy around my house for a little while but after the project was complete they replaced everything and returned my yard back to it's original form. Feel free to use me as a referral. I absolutely recommend your services to future customers.  

Josh Anderson was very professional, courteous and friendly. Not only was the crew on time, they were actually early! and very friendly as well. I highly recommend Terra Firma. Currently I don not know of anyone with crummy crawl spaces and/or water problems. When I do hear of someone with any of those problems I will DEFINITELY tell them to call Terra Firma!

When we saw your ad on TV we thought we'd better call and schedule a free appointment. All the office staff was very nice and helpful. Josh was very thorough explaining the work that we needed done and the book that we received was also very helpful. The men that did the job started on time and they were all very nice young men. Everything was very good!

There were a few other companies you competed with to earn my business. What I found was TerraFirma not only had superior products but a far superior track record as well. I take the time to learn about which companies I work with and these guys were nothing short of great. Deryl was a great guy to work with. He clearly explained all the details and we were happy to proceed with the project because of it. Other companies gave our house a quick look over, here is the price now sign. That is not how it should work. We felt more comfortable with TerraFirma and overall you guys won our business.

Call center handled my phone call properly and they were able to get someone out quickly. I was presented with a proposal at the time of inspection. Our project is very big so I want to make sure that every last detail is accounted for. It appeared that Bryan did so. Bryan did a great job with the inspection and I feel that the products and design will fix my problem.

Thank you for listening and being accommodating. This was a budget project. Initially we weren't sure who we were going to work with because all the estimates we received were too high. Of all the companies I contacted, Deryl and TerraFirma was the only one that kept in contact with me. After some negotiation and tweaking of his plan, Deryl was able to propose a project plan that we felt comfortable with and was under our budget. This is why he earned my business. He listened, he was very professional and stayed in contact. The other companies backed off when they found out they couldn't make as big of a profit margin. Deryl was very personable and a pleasure to work with.
