All work was done well! No mess left at all!

I had to reschedule a few times due to meeting conflicts on my part, but when we finally got down to business I was very impressed. Once the inspection process started the total process ended a few weeks later. I have nothing negative to say. Kevin displayed his knowledge and professionalism from the pre-phone call to the inspection, and the production was just as smooth. This foundation issue has been something we needed to take care of for a while, we just had never been able to find the right company to do so. I am willing to pay for quality work. This is exactly what I received working with TerraFirma. Kevin was our representative who was very knowledgeable and prepared for our appointment. He suggested using helical piers to support our foundation. The design of Chris's project was very impressive. They blew the competition our of the water. Prior to TerraFirma, I had other companies come out for estimates, TerraFirma was the only company, I thought, that had a comprehensive understanding of the problem, and had a complete and thorough proposal for a solution. Overall I am satisfied with the work that was done and would recommend your services to any future customers. 

Jason really impressed me with the his knowledge of foundations and settlement issues. After meeting with him, I felt like I had a much better understanding of what was actually causing my house to settle and how we were going to be able to fix it. His presentation was very informative. I chose TerraFirma because of their sincerity, honesty and they listened. I wasn't battling a contractor, I was working with one. The explanations and presentations were clear and concise. All questions were answered. Josh was very knowledgeable and was able to present his goals with the project and take into consideration all of our needs as well. Our production foreman, Leo, was on time every morning and hard at work before we started breakfast. No wonder the project only took a quick 3 days. I had a few initial objections to the price. Kevin was very good at working with me to make sure I was completely happy with every aspect of the project. Kevin explained very well the benefits and necessity of getting this project completed now. The long term benefits to the quality of my home and the value of my home are well worth the repair costs. I was most comfortable with TerraFirma's plan vs cost than the competition.  Foundation problem are not going to fix themselves, in fact, they only get worse and more expensive. Kevin was very helpful in making sure we were well informed and making the best decision. Kevin is an outstanding representative of your company and am very satisfied working with him and TerraFirma.
