Terra Firma installed nine piers to support my sinking foundation. My house is now in great shape and I can open and close all my doors easily. Foreman Drew brought excellent problem solving skills to deal with the unique challenges of my project and used his considerable knowledge to finish on time. I truly appreciated the care Drew took with my home, as if it were his own. I was also quite impressed with the finishing job on the concrete; it blends in with the old cement perfectly. I absolutely recommend Terra Firma to anyone looking for help with their foundation issues!

Everyone, from the office personnel, Ryan for the site visit, and interacting with Drew the foreman for the job was professional, enthusiastic about working with me and took the time to explain the process. It's Spring...I have lots of blooming flowers in my yard. When I talked to Drew, I told him not to worry about the flowers, Daffodils will bounce right back, and if they didn't, they would come up next year. Drew explained that he and his crew would be very careful not to damage bushes, flowers, etc. When I arrived home, after the work was complete, the only way I could tell the crew had been there was from the grass showing some foot traffic. Nothing extensive, more like when the mail carrier walks across the lawn. I went around the corner to inspect the work, everything was spotless. I could see that Drew and crew did the work, the two anchors were buried, and the ground had been dug up but flattened back down. The company and the crew really made this an easy and happy experience.

We had our basement waterproofed by Stephen and his crew on July 13. They were great to work with. Stephen did a great job explaining the work and modifying the bid as needed. They did a fabulous job with the clean-up. They even hauled off a bunch of stuff from our basement that had been there for years. I would use them again in a pinch.

Excellent job. TerraFirma Crew, Chad and Kyle, installed two helical piers under my leaning chimney and moved it back against the house and stabilized it without damage. They are fine individuals and professionals who take pride in their excellent work. I enjoyed working with them, their estimator and all the inspectors and engineers. The crew got started at 8 am and were done and gone by noon. Thanks Chad and Kyle.

Wesley Johnson and his crew did an amazing job repairing the foundation on my 45 year old residence. Not only was their skill at foundation repair top notch but they were esay to work with and extremely responsive to our questions and requests. The cleanup was great! When they left, the only evidence of their extensive repairs was my structurally sound (and now level) foundation. It was definitely a 5 star experience. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of foundation repair.

We contacted TerraFirma's call center for a free estimate. They were very courteous and helped me schedule a convenient appointment time. Josh showed up right on time. He even called the morning before to make sure everything was still scheduled. I'm glad he did, I might have forgotten. Josh did some tests outside and in the garage and showed me that my house had settled nearly 3 inches. I didn't know it was that serious. Never-the-less I was prepared to get this fixed immediately. Josh had the a very comprehensive plan that was going to fix the settling problem at all weak points. The price was fair and under my budget. By signing on the day of inspection I was able to take advantage of their preferred customer discount witch saved me some extra money on the project. I wouldn't have gone through with the project though if josh wasn't so knowledgeable and professional. Thank you for all your help. -Gail
