Dallas R. is a homeowner in Lugoff, SC who has taken pride in his home for 42 years. Unfortunately, Dallas has allergies that started to become worse when he was in his home. He started to notice a musty smell in his closet a while ago and began to wonder if that was the cause of his allergies worsening. Dallas decided that he needed to protect not only his home but his health as well. He gave Cantey Foundation Specialists a call after hearing some testimonials from different people in the community about the work they do. System Design Specialist Jamie Beresford came out and took a look at Dallas' crawl space where he found a rotting beam in the center of the home. He suggested to Dallas that this beam be replaced with the help of one of Cantey's crews. Production Team Leader Israel Santana, Production Team Member Jonathan Lowder, and Production Team Member Austin Boan came out and successfully removed the rotting beam and replaced it with a brand new beam. Dallas is now feeling much better in his home, thanks to the work that Cantey did to protect not only the home but the homeowner. 

Larry S. has been a homeowner in Lugoff, SC for some time but has finally decided it is time to move to be closer to his children. He has enjoyed this home however, his family is more important than ever with his first grandchild on the way. To get his home ready to sell he had to have it inspected to check for any fixes he needed to make. The inspection of the crawl space found termite damage that needed to be replaced before putting the home on the market. The inspector suggested that Larry call Cantey Foundation Specialists because they did excellent woodworking. Larry called in and set an appointment with System Design Specialist Richard Early. Richard went through the crawl space and found the damaged areas of wood. Richard assured Larry that Cantey could replace the damaged wood in his crawl space with no problem. Production Team Leader Matt Garcia, Production Team Member Nick Riddick, and Production Team Member David Herbert came out and successfully replaced the wood. Larry now has his home on the market and is sure that the repair Cantey did will add value to his home.

Homeowners Eddie and Lisa F. of Cattageville, SC have recently started to notice visible sagging in the floor of one room in their home. Eddie consulted the help of another company to fix the floor; however, he was not satisfied with their service. Complaining to his neighbor about not being able to find the right people to help, they suggested Cantey Foundation Specialists. Eddie gave Cantey a call, and Specialist Grayson Forehand came out to do a free inspection. After conducting a proper inspection, Specialist Grayson explained to Eddie that he needed his floor joist replaced because they were too rotten to create a structurally sound floor. Specialist Grayson also suggested that Eddie plan to install CleanSpace after the wood work was complete to prevent any further moisture damage to his floors. Production Team Leader Matt Garcia, Production Team Member David Herbert, and Production Team Member Nick Riddick came out to Eddie's home and successfully removed the rotten wood and replaced that with a new floor joist. Eddie and Lisa are now enjoying the new floor in their home and have plans to work again with Cantey to get CleanSpace installed.

Steve H. is a homeowner in Adams Run, SC who has ran into a problem recently with his floors beginning to sag. Steve first noticed the problem a few months ago and thought it was a problem but didn't know what to do about it. As time went on and he began asking around for advice, he was lead to canteycanfixit.com for answers to his questions. He decided to give Cantey Foundation Specialists for a free inspection. Specialist John Adams came out to Steve's home and completed the inspection. After the inspection he explained to Steve that Cantey's patented Smart Jack system was the solution he was looking for. Team Leader Israel, Team Member Jonathan, and Team Member Austin came out to Steve's home and made efficient work of the project. After the work Steve was so happy that his floors were now level again. "I'm really glad my floors are fixed now, it feels good to be back to normal," Steve explained. Now Steve can enjoy his home once again thanks to Cantey's hard work.
