Homeowner Scott R. from Moncks Corner, SC has loved his home for the past 5 years however, he and his wife have chosen to downsize. They began to worry about the value of their home when Scott looked into the crawl space and found a great deal of water. Scott had previously had a pump installed however, it was clearly not doing what it was supposed to do. Scott heard an advertisement on the radio for Cantey Foundation Specialists and decided to give them a call. He was set up with an appointment with System Design Specialist Grayson Forehand. Grayson made an in-depth inspection of the crawl space and decided on a plan that would best suit Scott's needs. Grayson suggested to Scott that they install a SmartSump system that has a 3-year manufacturers warranty that would be transferable to the next homeowner. This pump, when installed, would effectively remove the water from the crawl space to create a dryer area and prevent any further moisture from creating additional problems to the home. Mildred P. is a homeowner in Lake City, SC. Mildred and her family live in a quiet neighborhood where their kids can play freely and the can enjoy walks in the morning. Not a lot goes on where they live and they like it that way. “The noise and violence in the city drove us to live out in a place like this so we could properly raise our children,” Mildred said. Manager and Specialist Luke Stemple came out to Mildred’s home and completed the inspection.  Afterward, he explained to her that the solution she was looking for was Cantey’s patented Smart Jack system. Team Leader Matt, Team Member Robert, and Team Member David came out to Mildred home and efficiently installed the Smart Jacks. After the work, Mildred was so happy that her home was level again. She couldn’t believe how much better it felt to walk over. Now Mildred and her family can go back to enjoying their home knowing Cantey did the job right.

Sandy B. bought her home in Charleston, SC a few years ago. Her home is over a hundred years old and one of the reasons she wanted to buy it was to give it the love it needed. The previous owner had not taken care of this beautiful home so Sandy set out to do some home improvements to restore this home to its former glory. Recently, a city water pipe burst causing damage to the crawl space she had already repaired with the SmartJack system. He concluded that one of the major beams would need to be replaced but it would be a simple job to complete. Production Team Leader Matt Garcia, Production Team Member Nick Riddick, and Production Team Member David Herbert arrived at Sandy's home and successfully replaced the beam. Sandy now has peace of mind that the foundation of her beautiful home is safe.

Matt was worried about his wet and moldy crawlspace in his home in Evans, GA.
