Homeowners in Fairlawn, Virginia were struggling with copious amounts of water getting into their basement. System Designer, Brandon Conner, sent our Foreman Clarence Copeland, to install our Water Guard Drainage System around the perimeter of the basement. This drainage system will run any water that tries to get into the basement into our Sump Pump System which than pumps the water back outside. This system ensures the basement will no longer suffer from any water intrusion. 

Erica B. called Fortress Foundation Solutions after water was coming in a crack in her basement wall. Fortress made her an inspection appointment with system designer, Caleb Stone. Caleb provided Erica with a same-day proposal and Erica agreed to move forward. Soon foreman David Bowers and his crew were onsite installing a FlexiSpan. This is an innovative polyurethane sealant that seals the crack, will never dry or crack and can flex to the natural movement of the foundation wall, ensuring a completely waterproofed seal. Now this Willis, VA homeowner has a dry basement!

Fortress Foundation Solutions installed a perimeter french drain to a TripleSafe sump pump with battery backup and external drainage.

A previous customer called Fortress Foundation Solutions when water started to leak in their basement where they did not waterproof it. Previously, they had a Smart Sump System with WaterGuard installed against one wall. Water eventually started leaking in on the other wall of the basement. This is why Fortress recommends waterproofing an entire basement instead of just the area where it is leaking from. To completely waterproof this basement, Fortress installed a full perimeter WaterGuard and a CleanSpace Liner. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona to keep the air dry. Now, the basement will stay clean and dry!
