This homeowner in Blacksburg  VA called Fortress Foundation Solutions because they had water intrusion in their crawl space and floors in their home had started sagging down. 

After explaining all the issues they were having over the phone, we sent one of our System Designers out to take a look! He recommended our SmartJack Crawl Space Support System. This system provides solid support for undersized beams and restores stability and straightness to sagging floor joists in a crawl space. We also installed a Sedona SaniDri Dehumidifier to keep the relative humidity down.

This customer came to us with concerns about their musty, damp, and cold crawlspace and a crack in the foundation. To keep the heat in the house from escaping though the crawlspace, Fortress installed Foamax wall insulation. Then, Fortress installed the Flexispan wall crack repair system to fix the crack in the foundation and ensure a firm foundation. Finally, Fortress installed a CleanSpace liner to waterproof the crawl space and address the damp and musty issues the customer was facing.
