We had a great experience with Fortress Foundation from start to finish. They came out to address issues we were having with our crawl space and a sinking floor, and the entire process was handled with professionalism and care.Caleb Stone was the first gentleman we worked with, and he was absolutely wonderful. He took his time thoroughly inspecting the crawl space, then sat down with us to explain everything in detail. He walked us through all of our options, answered every question we had, and helped create a plan that fit within our financial budget. He never rushed us and made sure we were comfortable with our decision. He even scheduled the work before leaving and checked in after everything was completed, which we really appreciated.Our project foreman, Scott Farmer, provided outstanding customer service. I truly can’t say enough good things about him. He took the time to answer all of my questions, clearly took pride in his work, and made me feel confident in the job being done. He also spoke very highly of Fortress, saying it was an honest company and that he genuinely loved working for them—which really says a lot. We needed to get our crawl space repaired in our forever home.Scott Greear did a thorough inspection, took the time and gave us the right solution for reducing moisture levels in our crawl space.His knowledge about home construction was very helpful to me.I appreciate his attention to detail and excellent communication with me, being timely in answering my many questions.Scott Farmer, Dan, and Clinton we're busy, busy, busy, and transformed our damp crawl space into a clean, encapsulated, dry space.Scott was also knowledgeable and answered many questions for me about the encapsulation process.Had great communication with these guys and it was a pleasure to have them working at my house.I had four companies give me estimates. I was so impressed with Fortress Foundation Solutions and their knowledge of our crawl space and professionalism. Caleb did our initial assessment and was extremely respectful of our home, our situation and helped us come up with a solution that would protect our crawl space at a price we could afford. The foreman Scott and his crew, Dan, Jordan and Matthew worked diligently and efficiently for the two days they were here. They were respectful of our home and so kind to my kids who were asking them a million questions as they worked. Scott kept me up to date on the project and made sure that I understood the work they were doing and how it would affect the home. I was very impressed with all of the work done start to finish.

Mike and his crew(david,austin,alex,brett) did an amazing job with a crawlspace encapsulation that had been having a major water issue. they even finished a day earlier then expected!

The Fortress crew came today to do a crawlspace encapsulation for radon mitigation. They arrived a little earlier than the promised time. The crew chief, Gustavo was very polite and professional. Along with Luis, Jorge, and Daniel they finished the job ahead of schedule and with excellent quality. They also cleaned the area well. Great crew and good company. Additionally the system designer, Skylar Beverage, came right on time for the initial assessment and provided us with a carefully calculated cost estimate at the end of his visit. Skylar knew we had a very serious time constraint and tried hard and succeeded in meeting our timing needs beyond expectations. Bravo.

On Friday January 16th Fortress Service techs Cody and Clint serviced our crawl space and provided us with an estimate for insulating required by code. Both Cody and Clint were well informed, polite and through. Our experience with Fortress Foundation has been positive. Jim and Joan Jackson

On February 11, I met with Eddie a systems designer with Fortress Foundations in Forest/Lynchburg, VA to discuss encapsulating my little over 1,000 sq. ft. crawlspace. It was in terrible shape with old insulation hanging down everywhere, I had rat issues, and was smelling mildew in the house. Very much needed to make my home healthier, and for my health too. I knew from reading reviews and then meeting with Eddie, who is very kind and thorough, that they were customer oriented. He spent a lot of time examining the crawlspace, taking pictures and thoroughly explaining the process and materials to be used. So I knew right away I did not need another estimate or company to do the job. Also financing was available, and a very easy process. So on Friday, March 6, installers, Scott, Jordan and Jamil from Fortress arrived early in the morning to encapsulate my crawlspace. As you can see by the before and after video the transformation of the crawlspace is amazing! A complete 180! They all were extremely hardworking, very polite and worked together so very well. At 8 pm that same day they finished with only the dehumidifer to be hooked up next week by a technician. Yes they worked almost 12 hours! So grateful for their efforts. So today, March 11, Kevin, the technician came by to finish up and set up the dehumidifier. Job complete! He too was hardworking and polite. He also told me he had been an installer, but now enjoyed what he was doing. I could tell. Once a year I will have them come back to change the dehumidifier filter, clean and check the system. It also has a five year warranty. Looking forward to a healthier home and lower electric bills too. I cannot recommend Fortress Foundation enough. If you are lucky enough to get Eddie, Scott, Jordan, Jamil and Kevin, then you got the dream team! If I could, I would give them 10 stars!

Danny was very professional and most importantly very honest. Our church is over 140 years old and he couldn't access the crawl space but made some calls and gave me the number of someone who can possibly fix our problem. Because of his honesty I highly recommend Fortress Foundation Solutions

Cody did the annual maintenance for the encapsulation, jacks and dehumidifier under my house. He was so helpful and informative. He answered all my questions and explained the procedure. I was very pleased with the appointment.
