My bathroom floor was uneven, and I suspected the worst: that I needed foundation joist repair. I contacted Fortress Foundation Solutions and Eddie Salido inspected my bathroom floor and my foundation, and he concluded that my foundation joists and floorboards were in good condition. He said that I have a leaky toilet that has damaged the subfloor. He advised me to call a plumber and said he could probably fix the subfloor. I followed his advice, and I hired a plumber who will repair my leaky toilet and replace the subfloor.Mr. Salido was professional, polite, and knowledgeable about his profession. Mike, Leo, Guss and Sammy somehow made replacing 7 load bearing supports, a basement stair drain install and an encapsulation feel so seamless there were points where I forgot they were working! Mike kept me updated and engaged every step of the way and I swear Mike, Leo, Guss and Sammy left our basement cleaner than it was before the start of the project!One of the best experiences I have ever had with a contractor and we will be using them again in the future!

Cara from Fortress Foundation provided excellent service.We hired a competing foundation company to look at our sub pump. They had done work for us at the beginning of the year, which cost us thousands. The contractor came out and noticed that the first team didn’t see the collapsing foundation wall under our deck, only held up by metal shims. He made it sound like it was an urgent matter and gave us a quote.Needless to say, we were upset that we were looking at thousands more to be spent. So we called Fortress Foundation Solutions for a second opinion. Cara did her measurements and checked the wall with the shims and told us everything was level and not to worry. She suggested we keep an eye out for any further damage.If anything changes, we’ll be sure to call Fortress Foundation Solutions.

Riley Ethier came to diagnose leak at the basement foundation. He did it very thoroughly, looked everywhere inside and out, found the source of leak was plumbing issue. He did awesome job . Very highly recommend to anyone who needs the excellent job to be done.
