Ms. Cox reached out to have her vent cover replaced. Our service coordinator, Tmerik Cobbs, was quickly able to quote her a price for the replacement, however, what she thought was a vent cover was actually an IceGuard. Tmerik immediately reached out and apologized for the incorrect information provided, and quoted her a new price. She responded saying "...thank you! You guys have been prompt and professional from the very beginning. And you don't just find that these days. So again, thank you guys so much."

Danny C, the System Designer that we worked with, was professional in every way. He had extensive knowledge of problem and had the perfect solution! Danny evaluated the problem, presented the solution in such a professional manner I did not feel the need to contact the competition. He recommended a total encapsulation of my crawlspace, including a SaniDry Dehumidifier, and Turtl crawlspace entryway. Thomas and his crew did a great job installing the encapsulation, and D.J. installed the Turtl, also a great job!

Fortress Foundation Solutions installed four jacks to support beams in our basement. The materials used were superb and exceeded only by the workmanship of Mike, Austin and Isaiah. These young men did a fabulous, professional job. If we have basement issues in the future we will use Fortress Foundation Solutions, cannot recommend them highly enough.

Travis and his team - Jack, Seth & Anthony - did incredible work in our crawl space. They installed jacks, encapsulated the crawl space and installed a dehumidifing system. It’s hard work on they did it promptly and professionally. We are so thankful and would recommend them to anyone looking for similar work.

Mike, Gus, and Danny did an excellent job installing new supports in our 1880s farmhouse crawlspace. They were polite, courteous, and kept me informed throughout the process. Mike was especially knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!

Danny, our System Designer, was thorough and professional, anticipated all my questions, and gave me extra information that helped a great deal.  Scott Farmer, the foreman, and Nathan Owen, co-foreman; were prompt and thorough in everything they did. They went the extra mile to have the whole job done in two days. Aside from the terrific work, Scott gave me lots of extra advice about some future work we'll need to have over the longer term. Scott takes a lot of pride in his work, and he said that he treats each job with the same care that he'd give his own home. I could see that very clearly in all the results at the end. It was worth the money to have this work done by such top-notch folks. I couldn't have asked for a better team to work on this project. Everything was perfect after they left -- they even took away the clippings they needed to do with a couple of bushes they had to trim back. It was a perfect cleanup. I could have had this work done a couple years ago if I was willing to settle for less, but I waited until I had more money to do it the best way it could be done. I'm glad I waited, and I'm glad I picked your company.

Danny did a great job staying in communication with us during the whole process. Everything was very professional and well explained before the actual work started. Once the job began we had Travis and his crew and they were similarly fantastic to work with. Travis was very helpful and always checked with us first to confirm things were just the way we wanted. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing an interior basement waterproofing system installed.
