I highly recommend Fortress for any type of foundation repair. We were definitely not anticipating a need for a repair so soon after our build, but they made an unfortunate situation so much easier to deal with than we had expected. Caleb came for an initial consult and immediately located our problem and walked us through the whole process for repair. He was incredibly friendly and kept in great contact with us following his visit. Caleb was able to get our repair scheduled promptly, which put our minds at ease. Travis and Matt came to install our beam, and they were both so professional and respectful of our space. They kept me informed along the way and were able to get the job completed quickly and thoroughly. There wasn’t a single bit of mess left behind! We’re incredibly happy with the final result and can rest assured that our issue has been resolved.

These guys did an amazing job fixing our sagging floor and upgrading our crawl space to be clean and sealed. It's only been a couple of days and the air in our house already feels cleaner. Nick, Jared, Chazz, and Skylar were a very professional team and did an excellent job. My house was suffering from structural compromise, the crawl space was damp, and drafty. And i suspected there was mold. I contacted Fortress Foundation Solutions and Caleb came out for an estimate. Caleb and I hit it off immediately. After he inspected the crawl space he went over everything that needed to be done and found things I was not aware of. He showed me pictures and a short video to confirm what he had found including lots of mold. After deciding to go forward with the project, I met with Pete and his crew, Tim and Derek on the first day. They were amazing. They showed up everyday, on time and were very professional. Pete communicated with me every day, explained what had been done and what he was going to be doing next. These guys worked hard and made sure everything was done right. There were no shortcuts and they did a fantastic job. Fortress is the only company I would use for any foundation, crawlspace, or basement needs.

Crew showed up on schedule, communications was good. On-site management efficient, no surprises in following the design. After changing the indoor HVAC intake filter the house air quality improved visibly. We opted for the TM2 remote display of dehumidifier stats, which worked on first try.
