I worked with Cara to get my crawlspace encapsulated and had a great experience from start to finish. She went above and beyond by crawling through the space herself to do a thorough inspection, which I definitely wasn’t about to do. She took the time to walk me through everything, showed me pictures, and explained in a way that actually made sense what was causing the moisture and what needed to be done to fix it.I never felt rushed or confused—she really made sure I understood the “why” behind everything.The crew was just as impressive. They were professional, efficient, and did a great job from start to finish.Overall, I’m super happy with Fortress and would absolutely recommend them.

Fortress Foundation Solutions did a crawl space encapsulation for me this week, and xThe crew was fantastic--Mike (project foreman) called ahead each day to let me know their arrival time, communicated well throughout, and was always readily available to answer questions. He, and crew members Austin and Leo were very friendly and worked seemingly nonstop to finish the project. Larry (electrician) was great to work with and came up with an alternate solution when an unexpected issue arose which prevented them from doing something as originally planned. I cannot give this crew enough praise--definitely a sign of a great company culture. I highly recommend this company.

My bathroom floor was uneven, and I suspected the worst: that I needed foundation joist repair. I contacted Fortress Foundation Solutions and Eddie Salido inspected my bathroom floor and my foundation, and he concluded that my foundation joists and floorboards were in good condition. He said that I have a leaky toilet that has damaged the subfloor. He advised me to call a plumber and said he could probably fix the subfloor. I followed his advice, and I hired a plumber who will repair my leaky toilet and replace the subfloor.Mr. Salido was professional, polite, and knowledgeable about his profession. I strongly recommend Fortress Foundation Solutions.

Mike, Austin, Leo and Ricardo were wonderful in getting the task completed. Mike showed us at different srages the progress of the work. Day 1 made a difference as our house was immediately cooler than what it had been previously. The cleanup was good too, no debris left behind. Santiago and his team (Rony Sr. & Jr. along with Jorge) came out to my property to install 5 piers in order to stabilize a corner of my foundation. They were working in less than ideal conditions (rain, decent grade, rocky soil) but were efficient, thorough, and upbeat the entire time. Santiago provided updates throughout the process and was helpful in answering any questions I had. Overall a great experience - would happily recommend!

TThe person on the phone was friendly and knowledgeable upon first contact They were fast to get the job done. They had the nicest representative of any company we ever met. We got the estimate of cost and estimate date when service could be done quickly.

Danny and the crew from Fortress Foundations did an outstanding job with our basement/foundation issues. Danny was thorough with his initial inspection and evaluation. The team that came and did the work were conscientious about our property. Communication during the repairs was clear and readily available. Gotta say I hated spending the money on this type of repair HOWEVER it was necessary and the pricing was very competitive. They were upfront with costs and timelines which were adhered to as best as possible. Bottom line is when Danny made promises, he kept every one of them.

I recently had fortress foundations do a major foundation stabilization to our home. From the very beginning this project went with out a hitch. From Danny coming and doing an assessment and estimate of the project to David and his crew coming and doing the work. They called to give us a time when to expect them. When David and crew got here they went straight to work. They understood our foundational issues. They were very respectful of our property and carful not to damage anything. I have worked around construction most of my life and these guys were great. They didn’t use any profanity and that was very refreshing and professional. I can’t give them enough compliments. If you’re needing this type of work done these people are the best.
